Career and Professional Experience

Daniel Moreti is an attorney-at-law with nearly two decades of experience in tax and corporates matters. Moreti has experience as general counsel of a large Brazilian corporation. He is a post-graduation professor at IBMEC, IBET, EASA, EBRADI and EPD on tax and corporate laws. Also, he is a Tax Law professor in graduation courses. Author of several papers and legal articles on Tax Law, Moreti is a Judge of the Court of Taxes and Fees of the State of São Paulo and counselor of the Municipal Tax Council of the city of São Paulo. Moreti assists national and foreign clients in Brazil and abroad. He has large experience in national and international litigation. Daniel Moreti is member of the Tax Constitutional Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB/SP.
